These Terms of Service govern your use of GhanaTables and provide information about the GhanaTables Service, outlined below. When you create an account or use GhanaTables, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GhanaTables service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GhanaTables provides a platform connecting diners with participating restaurants in West Africa. We do not own, operate, or control any of the restaurants listed on our platform. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate reservations and order management.

3. Reservations and No-shows

When you make a reservation through GhanaTables, you commit to honoring that reservation. We understand plans change, and provide mechanisms to modify or cancel bookings. However, frequent no-shows or cancellations made without reasonable notice severely impact our restaurant partners and may result in the suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.

4. Restaurant Partners

Restaurants partnering with GhanaTables are independently responsible for maintaining accurate availability, pricing, and menus on our platform. We are not liable for discrepancies between online menus and physical menus presented at the venue, or sudden closures of venues outside of our control.
